What do I do if I receive a damaged part?


We package our bodywork as best we can, however from time to time they do get damaged in transit.

The best way to handle this is to fill out a support ticket and include all neccesary information so your replacements are not delayed.

After we receive the required information we will submit a claim with USPS, and begin prepping your replacement parts.

We will update you when your claim is processed and when your replacement parts ship.

If your parts are repairable you can return them to us so we can re-finish them. If we don't require you to return the damaged parts, you may install them until the new ones arrive.
